The short sleeves carry a black lace band and a wide black cuff, and the A-line skirt is banded with black lace at the waist, across the mid-skirt with a black ribbon stripe, and above a wide black satin hem panel. A thin self-fabric sash ties at the back waist, and the back closes with a concealed center-back zipper.
