In-Store Purchases
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are for store credit only (no refunds).
Items must be: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, and without alterations.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Only one exchange per order is permitted within the first 14 days.
Non-Returnable In-Store Items:

Personal care items (beauty products)

Online Purchases

If requested within 48 hours of receiving your order, you are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
After 48 hours (up to 14 days), returns will be issued as store credit.
Items must be: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, and without alterations.
Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and labels.
Store credit is issued once the item is inspected and is valid indefinitely.

Please inspect your order upon delivery/purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item under the above rules. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase included.
